I'm finishing up RtTCU with my friends and we're all in high anticipation of starting TSK together. I've loved the idea of playing Charlie as a supporter role ever since he got announced as I loved him in Eldritch Horror. Does anyone have a deck guide with upgrade path that they were successful using? I found this on arkhamdb: https://arkhamdb.com/decklist/view/40578/charlie-the-politician-but-from-eldritch-horror-1.0 which sounds good; any ideas how to upgrade those?
In general, I'd like to play him with Guardian/Rogue cards.

We usually play on Hard, might venture into Expert with TSK, but still unsure. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated as I'm not too fond of deckbuilding on my own (never been my strong suit).
