Turning 35 and lonely

I’m incredibly sad. I’m going to be turning 35 on Tuesday and I don’t have a single friend and the guys I’ve been closest to couldn’t care less. I’m very codependent and they seem to make that worse and I feel like they punish me because of it when I actively try so hard not to be.
