So me and my friend tried to play apex today and when they went to login their account is not found, they have the right email and credentials and they're not in the club anymore. I can't find them on friends either the account is straight up gone. Is this common? How can we fix this?
Edit: support told him his account was hacked and they changed his email, account name, and left the club. They got his account to Plat 4 in ranked BR as a path main, so if you got killed by a player named FengQi9 that guy was probably hacking.

They're not even on my friends list anymore, and he double checked his credentials. We're talking with support right now so hopefully he'll be able to get his account back.
