Any ideas for major sleep issues?

So for the past 2ish months I've been suffering from some pretty extreme insomnia. I'm getting between 2-4 hours of sleep on average, some nights I don't sleep really at all and every once in a while I can get up to 5 maybe 6 hours. This all started back in October when I came off Suboxone finally. For a while I was managing it with the help of a friend who was sending me some of his Clonazepam (Kolonopin) script every month or every other month.

I wouldn't take it every day, but would just take 1-2 MG every couple of days when I couldn't stand not sleeping anymore. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get in touch with him for 3 months at this point so I assume that source of relief has dried up.

I've tried melatonin, seroquel, benadryl, Marijuana, cbd, trazadone, and all manner of OTC supplements along with improved diet and excercise and nothing has made any real difference in my sleep.

At this point I'm starting to break down and slowly lose my mind so I'm hoping someone here has some ideas that might help. Any ideas are welcome! In the meantime I keep searching locally for a replacement source and will keep looking online as well, but I've been discouraged with just how scammy the online space has gotten, I can't afford to just keep lighting money on fire because I'm desperate.
