Any theories about stimulants?

Started to get bodily fatigue last year and has been going on for manyyyyy months now. (Suspicious about getting infected by covid) but either way I’ve tried Ritalin, adderall, modafinil and Wellbutrin to combat the fatigue. Unfortunately nothing worked, I don’t think I have adhd?
