Is there any full-featured handwriting note app that smoothly syncs between devices?

I have a Note 10 and an Galaxy Tab S6. I have tried and failed to find a decent fully-featured app that syncs notes as seamlessly as Samsung Notes. It's great and all, but I'm looking for something with more features. I have Inkredible, tried OneNote, and Noteshelf, and none of those sync well. I want something that will show up on my phone if I write it on my tablet and vice versa, with little to no lag. Everything besides Samsung Notes take forever, if at all, to sync notes.
