Help finding an old amv.

Two things first. 1: I don't know the anime 2: I don't know the song.
It's from about a decade or so ago. The anime had something like bugs conquering the planet, and the guy leading them seemed to be being interviewed for parts of the amv. The song was one of those that had gibberish in the middle or scatting. Sounding kinda like zuma something whiz pop. Can't really recall it or I'd have had better luck in finding it.
