So I'm not sure how to describe this. They may actually be tics, but I'm not sure if that's exclusive to Tourette's Syndrome or other disabilities. I'm autistic but as far as I know I don't have Tourette's. Either way, basically, sometimes I get weird, strong urges to shake around a lot—usually, if I remember right, just shaking my head back and forth quickly for like a second.
I also get urges to sometimes kick my leg up, but this is usually when I'm in bed or lying down and might be related to sleep-related muscle control or my potassium deficiency (causes cramps in my calves if I don't take pills).
Am I the only one? Is this normal?
