AITOO that gets thrown off by changes in cinematography styles in sequels with huge gaps from their first films?

For example, off the top of my head Mary Poppins Returns. Of course it's a little nitpicky and filmmaking evolves but in my head there's a bit of a disconnect with the contemporary styles of film making to the visual aesthetic of older films.
