Boarding Group 1 increase?

Maybe it’s just the last few flights I’ve been on but I’m noticing a significant increase in the people boarding with Group 1. Did everyone just hit EP? I flew ORD - SNA which typically has a handful of concierge key boarding but I was shocked at the amount of people in group 1. Then again from SAN - ORD and from ORD - CLE. Anyone else noticing the same?
