Tent Cooking Safety Question

I own a MSR windburner with a kit which will allow me to hang it in my tent. My tent is a North Face Bastion 4. I understand that when it comes to cooking in my tent carbon monoxide is the enemy. I was wondering how I could cook in my tent using my hanging equipment in a safe manner? Any information regarding the subject would be greatly appreciated.
