Frydek flowering??

So I’ve grown this bad boy from a corm, about 11 months ago. He lives on a heat mat with northern sun exposure.
I thought this was a new but large leaf… nope! This is my first flower on anything! My Hoya Obovata is working on a penduncle right now too. 🥰
