Why pros don't make ultras in ZvZ?

i'm terran main and i can't find a awnser to this curiosity, why this unit isn't meta? like zerg doesn't have a ground unit that counter ultras like immortals, marauders or ghosts and the only way to counter it is with air units because ultras can't shoot up, in my head this unit is the equivalent of a siege tank in TvT get air control to kill his tanks or get fucked.
