Spice of Life / AppleCore not showing hunger values of food?

Hi all, currently having an issue with my client / server where the food / saturation value of food is not showing, even when holding shift, and my hunger bar isn't rendering the current food exhaustion / saturation values of my character.
Just wanted to know if this was a known issue with the current version I'm running (1.14) or just a known issue with AppleCore, or if I'm just doing something wrong. I've double checked all the configs and they're all set to the correct values.
