i go through phases in my life, typically a week to a month where i drink heavily to cope with my mental health. it hasn’t wrecked my life yet and i haven’t really experienced a lot of bad effects due to my drinking, but for the first time, i am thinking that i might be going through mild alcohol withdrawal symptoms. so i am probably an alcoholic, i don’t know what to do with this information. how do i get through these mild withdrawal symptoms? it isn’t too bad, just a bad headache and feeling shakey. have wretched once but no puking. so i think i can get through these myself, i just wanted to know if anyone has any tips for going through this and what to do next. thank you!
