and all I can say is effective ito para sa mga anxious at stressed sa buhay haha. Pansin ko na mas madali ko ma-control ang feelings and emotions kapag nakakainom ako nito. I am not overthinking much. Kasi dati kahit sa maliit na bagay lang para na akong nagkaka-anxiety attack.
Hindi ko pa na-try uminom once a day.
Uminom ako nito para ma-lessen yung forgetfulness ko, mukhang effective din. Mas kaya ko mag-focus sa mga tasks ko na ginagawa ko araw araw.
Skl. May good or bad experience ba kayo dito? Share niyo naman hehe and baka may alternative kayo na dietary supplement na mas mura.
