Tips for a 23-year-old college student feeling like he's behind in life?

Post Body

For context, there were A LOT of events that happened which delayed me in school most of it were health reasons. So for the past couple years all my highschool friends just finished their degree and are now working and earning money for themselves. I just can't help but feel jealous at times kasi they can stand on their own na, and everytime we hangout all we talk about is their work, basically life after the academe and i find myself not sharing or opening up to them because no one will relate to my experiences anymore since I am the only one left in this phase. This makes me feel so behind in life, and pressured because at the same time all of them has their own closer friends or romantic relationship, while there's me the average filler friend in the group who is now also behind in terms of career.

Any tips?? Or should I just move on from this friend group since I feel a lot of unwanted emotions when I'm with them?? Should I pursue dating as well? I feel like I'm wasting my youthful years na :<

Ps. I'm sorry if this felt like a rant
