I’ve been religiously using my calendar for years to track everything I do, specially when it involves others, as I for the life of me can’t remember anything if it’s not there, and I’ve been jokingly but also seriously taking pride on that, until this last week…
Missed pretty much everything:
- arrived very late to a labs appointment and had to reschedule, which led to me skipping a medication that is important not to skip before labs or the result gets all wrong and now I can’t afford redoing it
- almost missed therapy - it it wasn’t for my therapist asking on whatsapp if I was ready 10 minutes before, I would have just carried on doing my makeup while singing LOL
- missed a client and had to return a deposit
- missed an appointment with a piercer
- missed
- missed
- missed
Meh
It’s like I can’t see it. I mean I see the notifications and reminders, and I consciously acknowledge them, but then all the info disappears - gets blurry just as if my brain was a black hole.
Has this or similar happened to anyone else here? How did you cope or resolve it?
