I hate being told 'no' even when it makes perfect sense

I honestly may need some help unwrapping this.

Essentially I asked a friend for a favor that was rude and too much on my part. I admit this. So when the friends told me no, I understood with one part of my brain. But with the other part, I was furious.

This wasn't in person, it was through text so looking back I can safely say I handled it well there. But I was so mad inside.

Like I feel this either stems from cpstd or ADHD or from always being told "no" in my life.

If anyone has feedback or advice I'm interested
