(Sorry if this doesn't belong here) I use a Passion Planner (its a brand and actually really great but that's not the point) and every week it's got something to focus on? Usually it's something I don't find useful like "be aware of what you love" or whatever. This week it was "if a task takes less than a minute, do it now it'll make your to do list shorter in the long run"
I know that's easier said than done sometimes but I've been holding myself accountable that every time I encounter a task that'll take me 1-5 minutes and my brain screams to run away, I do it now and I feel like it's helped? I dunno it's only been a week so I might drop it but for now I feel like it's made tackling tasks easier....
