which of these US cities is the best place for a black lesbian to date

Applying to a job and i have interviews in the cities below. i’m black and 27 and will be there for 5 years and want to be in a city where i can date so when i’m 32 i can be close to getting married. I know upstate NY and new england isn’t too diverse and i am hesitant of these areas due to the possible racism (most in medicine)
