Victoria, BC LGBT places

My wife and I are going to Victoria, BC in a month.
We are looking for queer/trans-friendly spaces to visit. Coffee places, night clubs. I am reluctant to trust google and much rather trust "actual lesbians"
So fair I have found the "vicious poodle" any other suggestions.
