This is a list of people who I consider to be current eligible citizens and voters as of the posting of the first Census thread and the vote on our constitution.

For the purposes of this list I have left off people who have been largely inactive from both the discord and the minecraft server for the past week. As well has people who have recently joined, or rejoined the U3P within the last week.

While this may not represent citizenship in the U3P with 100% accuracy as of the current date the turnout considered to be acceptable for the purposes of the ongoing vote shall be based on the names listed above. Voter turnout required for the bill to pass shall be set at 50% based on the number of names in the above list (7).

If a new, returning, or unlisted citizen with perms of at least moderator in the U3P group on Civclassics, or member on our snitch group wishes to vote they may still do so, however must submit a screenshot to the census thread.

All members on this list are strongly encouraged to submit a post to the census thread before voting, however as of this posting are currently exempt with the exception of JTJSniperbee/Senhara who must.
