Custom characters now use Portrait sprites instead of Explain sprites due to the revamped menu

Fixed the asset editor not exporting the mutation sound when creating the template
Fixed props not changing correctly with Area Changer or FloorMaker
Fixed custom enemies spawning inside eachother, causing them to run to the right
