Official charges - Murder, Unjust Pearlings, Intentional Aggression, Trespassing, and Criminal Mischief

Penalty - Two days in the end per person pearled. This equals a total of 6 days in the end, minus 3 served already. Release date on Thursday, June 26. Restitution of 3d per person pearled, to be paid to those who were pearled.

Compensation -

• Recovered gear which will be returned: 1 Prot IV, Unbreaking Helmet; 1 Prot IV, Unbreaking Boots; 1 Prot IV, Unbreaking Pants.

• Recovered gear which will not be returned: 1 Prot IV, Unbreaking Chestplate

• Unrecovered gear: 1 S5KB2FA2 Sword

Lastly, if at any time Greenkitten refuses to leave New Danzilona territory again when asked, he will be pearled.

Killer_Chris

Official Charges - Intentional Aggression, Trespassing, Criminal Mischief

Penalty - Three days in the end, including time served. Release date: immediately.

Compensation -

• Recovered gear which will be returned: 1 Prot IV Chestplate; 1 Prot IV Pants; 1 S5KB2 Sword; 2 Stacks of Pearls

• Unrecovered gear which will not be provided: 1 Prot IV Helmet; 1 Prot IV Boots

• Unrecovered, but will be provided: 2 Stacks of Steak

Lastly, if at any time Killer_Chris refuses to leave New Danzilona territory again when asked, he will be pearled.

Kaiwren_

Official Charges - Intentional Aggression, Trespassing, Criminal Mischief, Breaking into a Restricted Area

Penalty - Three days in the end for the events in New Danzilona as Kaiwren_, including time served. An additional day for breaking into the vault area on his alt, JonoColwell, after the incident. Release date on Tuesday, June 24.

Compensation -

• Recovered gear: none

• Unrecovered gear which will not be provided: 1 Set of Junk Armor

• Payment for no gear recovered: 12d

Lastly, if at any time Kaiwren_ or JonoColwell refuse to leave New Danzilona territory again when asked, the account(s) will be pearled.

To recieve items/compensation, freed persons should contact the DSF and it's head, TheTrackball ( /u/GeneralWhoever ). Any complaints should be filed with the DSF or a current town official.
