Poco F3: Upgraded to MIUI 14: Cannot change Lock Screen Wallpaper to my own Choice?

I have a 1 pixel black jpg set as my usual wallpaper. This works well and gives me a flat black background. But I seem not to be able to choose anything from my own device as the lock screen wallpaper.

When I go to settings → Themes → Profile → Lock style, the "customise" button is greyed out, and I can only choose, what's already there. From the gallery app, I can only set a pic from my device as a normal wallpaper, but not as lock screen wallpaper, which was no problem before the upgrade.

How can I fix this?
