Help with Mass Effect Legendary Edition installation

I have read the other posts on various subreddits and I am still having issues with this. I have spent all day trying to get this to work.

Xbox is offline. Gets to 8.58gb installed and then installation stops. I put in the second disc and then it asks me to put the first one back in. I put the first one back in and now it says that the disc is dirty. It’s not. I am at my wits end. I got it to maybe 68% complete one time and then this same thing happened. What gives? My discs are fine, every other game has installed without an issue. What am I doing wrong?
