I've gotten a few games in the Izumo and am contemplating selling it. The IJN line for me has been love or hate, and it has one (now two) of my most utterly loathed ships. I've been grinding it for the T10 prize that is Yamato, however I've hated every minute in the Izumo. So much so in one instance I deliberately sailed into torpedoes so I could go back to port.

Now I've played against them, and never struggled while facing it, but sailing in it seems to be eye opening as to why. I'm a mediocre player but can generally do okay in matches, but I'd rather play the FdG than the Izumo.

I loathe this ship, so honestly not interested in tips to play it better, but want to know if the Yamato is worth the free XP or if this will be the 1st line I actually give up on (which honestly almost happened at T5).
