Random scheduling is terrible on you mentally. Especially when it's done Thursday for a Sunday start to the week. My now ex husband worked retail for years and it's impossible to run a family like that. No grace for doc appointments, kids stuff at school, just normal planning of your life. How do you sometimes go in at 9am and sometimes are there until 10pm?
