Hi Witchers hope you are all well.
I’m a 37 year old male I suffer from anxiety and depression and have PTSD syndrome from a abusive relationship. Lately I’ve been finding playing The Witcher 3 when I’ve been depressed somehow picks me up and my mood.
Somehow it just takes my mind off everything and I get lost into the gaming world either doing random quests, finding a chest, collecting manuscripts, playing Gwent or just wondering the open world not to mention the great story lines of some quest.
Hours seem to fly by and by then I feel mostly better than I originally did.
Has anyone else had similar experiences playing Witcher 3 where it just seems to lift your spirits if so why do you think the game helps ???
Thank you ☺️
I wish, gaming used to be my escape but I used it to much and now I just jump from game to game, never really being interested enough to continue playing.
