I found the registered owner of a distressed property is a company I can’t seem to contact them! I have tried skip tracing the LLC and the house is in pretty bad shape. I have also looked up all registered numbers of the LLC found it owns more than 500 properties they are a development company and this one is just sitting here rotting. I would love some insight on how to contact who I need to about this property.
