The brave Indochinese partisans are a testament to the high principles of Pan Asianism. Japan as you may know has made it her duty to with all her power oppose European colonialism in Asia. We shall make it our cause if you permit us to further your goals for total independence from the despotic and cruel regime of the German. We come not just with words but with an offer of material and financial assistance. Money, guns, training, you can have it all at but a word.
We simply ask what can we do to drive the Germans from Asia as swiftly and decisively as possible? This is our most noble of objectives as you will come to understand and once your rebellion is burning, we shall send ships to deal with the steel hulks of German power which remain in port or at sea.
