So I've lost 53 lbs in the last... 3 months roughly. Last week I had a trip up in my diet and basically sat down and finished an entire pizza. So that had me feeling like crap already. Got back on the scale and was back up to 384 from 374.. I was not happy. Especially one "meal" messing me up so bad. Lost most of that weight over three days, since pizza is a lot of sodium I assumed it was probably water weight. Anyway to make a long story shorter, I've been walking 4.5 miles a day and am stuck at 378 for the last 3 or four days. I'm beyond frustrated and pissed. I wanted to be 375 by the 22nd as we have a trip to branson and wanted to surprise my family with my progress. They haven't seen me below 400 in quite some time. What am I doing wrong? I drink tons of water, stay away from sugar and processed food. But this 378 will not go away. Ugh
