So yesterday I logged onto workday at my store and was trying to check what sort of raise I got for the minimum raising(assuming the cap also raised, because my GM told me when I was re-hired, he hired me at the cap) I started back again about 9 months ago, but worked at my store for 3 years before that. Left for a year and was making 13, and got rehired at 14.50. My compensation tab says when January hit I got another 50 cents and was bumped to 15$ an hour. But I see nothing for may.. does this mean I’m capped and will not be seeing a raise? My store already was hiring at 12$ an hour if not more because that is minimum wage in my state, so if new hires are getting 2$ that would put them at a dollar or so under me. Just wondering where I can view this wage increase on workday.
