Some questions about squad research

I have looked around for some answers to these questions and for the life of me I can't find them.
So every 3 days you can get 360 squadron activity... How much RP does that equate to? The wiki says that squadron activity only matters up to 20k, how much RP do you get at that point? In the activity tab of my squadron it says that my "activity reward" is 4713/20k, is that how much RP I am getting every 3 days? If so, how do I raise that activity reward?
