I have hidden the chances column by default. Judging from DE's post, they may have changed the magic numbers for calculating chances, as such I can not say it is still accurate. (I'm not sure are they fixed percentage values or weightages)
They did however (I think, its early in the morning) shuffle around the items so that the rare's aren't getting saturated.Since what I've said here is being misunderstood, the shuffle has increased drop chances for some of the rare items previously.
Each tier of rarities has a set total drop chance, so if you stuff a lot of rares into one table, that 2.01% drop chance is diluted into 0.5% or so.
Now they have shifted some of rare parts into the uncommon/common pool, increasing their drop chances.
The tiers in the raw section are item tiers. They do not indicate which Tower they are on. Example of tiered rewards are Defense missions.
If you insist on looking at the chances, as always, if the table only has uncommon and rare items in it, I do not know how to calculate the chances.

UPDATE: I have grouped all the tables into different sheets. Still need to identify some of the void missions.
UPDATE 2: All of the reward tables have been sorted. Still need confirmation for the tables with ? in their name.
UPDATE 3: Here's the spreadsheet itself and not the published version: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkvYeRRKpi05dHF6YkFLX2NxUlZDRjNSTXdfWmhMcGc
UPDATE 4: I've removed the white text formatting and merged some of the tables together so there isn't so many sheets to sort through.
