Any creative/fun ways to do a universe mode draft or “Superstar Shakeup”?

It has been three years into my universe mode and I’ve been rocking with the same roster for Smackdown and Raw for all three years. Things are getting kind of stale for both brands, so I want to shake things up. Wrestlemania just ended so I figured now is the best time to start mixing things up, but I don’t have any clue on how to go about it.
Any ideas or thoughts?
