What is your typical rpm range for shifting?

I looked it up on google and the earlier post was almost 5 years ago. Knowing knowledge and mechanics change I just want to ask again for an updated reference. I have a 2019 wrx. What is your typical rpm shift range when casual/city/highway/an actual pull while driving?

I can’t say I ever look at the tach. I listen to the engine to determine when to shift.
