Got some new characters on some rolls, where is good to focus effort?

Recently had some good luck on some rolls and got a number of characters who I haven’t really done much research on. I have been to date focusing on getting campaign characters to silver 1 to work my way through elite campaigns (doing ultras atm).
With that in mind where n the lower ranks is worth putting in effort? Appreciate the tips / advice / discussion.
