IMO, unless you are super Attack Speed reliant like irelia, ADC's etc. Divine Sunderer just seems really brokenly good (even now) if you can build it. With how the passive works, being kited almost works in your favour, the longer more pokey the fight the better, and the burst dmg feels better. You also have HP and the ability to build Steraks for better team-fighting.

Like Viego's stun is so awkward that sticking to people can be a problem to make the full use of AS, After playing a few games I feel like its either BORK rush or Divine sunderer, Shieldbow is just meh unless you have some good laners with easy CC, like what use is AS if they just kite you constantly.

I have yet to fully try Shieldbow->Essence reaver tho, that seems like a solid compromise, wont help with sticking to people but burst dmg is a lot better than AS if they are kiting.

TLDR: Just seems like I'm wasting gold on excess Attack Speed.
