I recieved my 100% service connected disability rating. I spent weeks on the phone to get a dental appointment in the community. I go yo said appointment to be greeted by a receptionist that says "oh you’re one of them" Dentist says he’s going to send referral to va. For oral surgeon and dentures. Over a month later dentist office fails to send in referrals even after numerous phone calls and office visits from me to get the referrals sent in. Tri west sends me a copy of payment to dentist. So the dentist gets paid for a shitty half assed job. I get fucked out of the dental care I need, and the VA does nothing about it and leaves me hanging once again. What can I do? Please don’t say go to a regional va hospital/clinic, I’m over a 100 miles from one plus a ferry ride away.
