Additional Income on TDIU
Post Body

As far as I can tell we are allowed to earn up to the poverty line of $1550/month while receiving TDIU (I’m assuming as long as it’s a “sheltered” environment). That said, at roughly $5500/month with TDIU payments and the max we can earn without losing benefits is barely enough to survive in many if not most parts of the country. I’m just wanting to get confirmation that that is indeed all of our financial options while on TDIU. Is that right?

Any advice on how to bring in some additional income that will not jeopardize benefits would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all
