Called VERA, figured out why my claim hadn’t moved in a month.

My initial claim has been sitting at Review since Jan 10th. Called VERA and they were able to look into my claim and see that the dentist from my last C&P exam had not sent in a DBQ and the VA seemed to not care. VERA pinged the VA about it and gave me the phone number for VES. Called VES and they said that the dentist had not even tried to send a DBQ in over 3 months. They were able to ping and message the dentist asking to send the DBQ. VERA also told me that everything else seemed to be finalized on my claim except for that one exam. KEEP CALLING AND PUSHING!
