Can VA disabilities claim investigator pull my Kaiser Medical Records

Post Body

I’ve had Kaiser as my primary medical care provider for several years and they have most of my medical history records since I left the military. Do I need to attach myself when filing a claim or can they just look it up since the VA has teamed with Kaiser back in 2014 allowing the VA hospital to share Kaiser medical records? Just wondering if anyone knew. Any info is appreciated.
