So, to get how this happened out the way... Went Selres to give my daughter my GI Bill (got my bach) and cheap health insurance. Did BDD. Got 100% on first attempt. (8/25/2023) Still on TAMP so I am on Prime for a few more months. I don't want to leave reserve service because I like helping people as much as I can, but I want to save money. It helps the brain.
Should I use CHAMPVA to pay for insurance (which I know is 25% of costs up to 3000/yr cap and no premium) or take the Reserve Select that has the $240~ premium? I just don't know enough about CHAMPVA's efficiency and reputation to make a decision yet. Thank you!
