I have a question, Is Medboard the best thing I can do know or I should try and power thru it?

I have a question, I have 14 yrs and just got told I am going to go thru the Medboard process because I surgery on my knee because a accident during my tour in Saudi Arabia. My knee is not getting better at all and it’s got to the point my other knee is in a lot of pain. I have had ankle surgery, jaw surgery I just got told by BH I have depression and PTSD and anxiety.
