The VA didn’t consider any of the new medical evidence I uploaded…

Post Body

I know I’m already violating the first commandment of this sub by using a VSO, but seeking a little guidance.

I filed a supplemental claim for OSA, secondary to PTSD. I worked with my therapist, doctor of sleep medicine, incorporated relevant new peer reviewed medical literature, highlighted my in-service stressor(s) and was ultimately service connected for PTSD, but not OSA.

Looking at my letter now, they don’t have any of the new information I uploaded. Is this on me to take the old nexus letter (and other medical evidence) out?

I’m just trying to think of reasons why they’d overlook my research, new medical opinion and this definitely seems like a plausible reason.
