Building contractors - when they want the business they are attentive and quick. Award them the job, they have more overseas trips than a commercial pilot!

Renovating a house at the moment and it's an absolute nightmare. No matter how much you get warned and you try and be diligent about it, they always catch you out and let you down. So far it's been the air con guy, the carpet guy, the plumber, solar panel company and the driveway guy.

Edit 1. Before you say it must be me, it's not - seen reviews left recently for all these contractors and its the same with everyone else.

Edit 2. It's not a small job so there is plenty of incentive for them to take on the jon
