I was really touched by the response to the first episode of this little experiment, so to start off: thank you! The comments and messages were really moving and it made me feel so warm and fuzzy knowing that I might’ve helped anyone’s state of mind in the slightest. Much appreciated, everyone. 🤍✨
So! Now we’ve got episode two. Featuring a particularly favorite cognitive exercise of mine (rewriting stuck thoughts). (Workbook available here amongst many other places, if you’d like to buy it and follow along!)
