I channeled some energy into something I felt was productive today; I want to call it a comfort audio but it’s just a perspective check. I think a lot of us could do with some guidelines on navigating the uncomfortable feelings that are being brought out by this pandemic.
For me, that involves this workbook on emotional and mental resiliency. Yes, it says it’s for teens. But we’re all emotionally arrested and immature, so. You’ll be surprised how much you like it. 😏
In ep 1 I tackle the first chapter, a fun exercise to challenge your mind, and also I do some stupid voices for my dogs. Because of course the dogs are around. 💕
